Putting the fun back into Parking

PENDING THE BEAVIS RESULT, THIS INFORMATION MAY BE OUT OF DATE

Appealed to Operator

The ParkingEye v Beavis result is expected in October 2015.

If you have appealed to the operator and been rejected then the next step is to appeal to the correct independent appeals service, which is POPLA for the BPA and IAS for the IPC.

Do not be put off by any reply you receive from the operator. They rely on you giving up and their replies will typically contain misinformation, untruths and misleading statements. It is after all, their sole purpose in life to extract money from you. The fact is that almost 100% of correctly worded appeals end up as motorists wins.

If the charge is for breach of contract then you would only be likely to lose if the charge is around £10-£20, because this is all it costs to make good the loss.

Do not delay because there is a time limit on appealing.
